Your pain relief is a priority.  Are you ready to get back to living your life?

Treatment is a fusion of traditional, holistic, and cutting-edge approaches including:

Manual Therapy: A hands-on approach using advanced methods to address joint and soft tissue dysfunction of the spine, arms, and legs.

Scar Release – The MPS Method:  Use of microcurrent technology to safely and gently release scars, both new and old.  The treatment softens scars and relieves scar discomfort, sensitivity, and numbness.  Improved mobility may also result.  Benefits often begin with the first treatment.  Excellent for all scars, including c-section scars.  Joint replacement incisions can be treated the day after surgery (around the bandage) and patients report faster healing and improved appearance.

Micro Point Stimulation (MPS / ETPS): MPS is a microcurrent device applied to points on the body including acupuncture points and trigger points.  It is used to relieve pain by addressing areas of muscle tension, and is frequently used in conjunction with other treatments for back pain and sciatica.  MPS is also successfully used to treat scar tissue.  Significant changes in softening the scar and reducing symptoms often begin immediately or soon after the first treatment.

Laser Touch One (LTO):  LTO uses the beneficial properties of cold laser combined with e-stim for improved pain relief.

Bowen Therapy: Bowen is a gentle yet powerful form of bodywork widely used throughout Australia, Canada, and now some areas of the United States.  Bowen may be used for many conditions, and is excellent for those with fibromyalgia because of the gentle nature of this technique.  People often report decreased or resolved pain, improved sleep, and reduction in headaches.  Bowen is not used in conjunction with other forms of treatment.  See FAQs.

✓  Supportive Exercise and postural recommendations: Lifestyle and posture can contribute to the causes of pain, and affect treatment outcomes.  No single method can replace addressing lifestyle causes and muscular imbalances on its own.  Therapeutic exercises for strengthening, stretching, and mobilizing soft tissues are the tools needed for faster recovery and future pain prevention.

Cupping: Cupping is derived from Traditional Asian Medicine and involves the use of cups with gentle suction on the skin to relieve muscle tension and improve soft tissue mobility.  Cupping may cause temporary skin discoloration depending on its application, and any discoloration goes away within a few hours to a few days.  Cupping is upon request.
