Synergy accepts all major credit cards, health savings accounts HSA, and exact cash. 

Synergy does not accept checks or insurance at this time.  Upon request, Synergy provides an invoice that you may submit to your NON-Medicare insurance company, and does not guarantee reimbursement.  Medicare patients, IMPORTANT see FAQs.

Evaluations are booked in a 90 minute time slot

Follow-up visits are booked in a 60 minute time slot

Scar treatments (scars less than 10 inches) are booked in 60 minute time slots.

Scars larger than 10 inches, and/or scars that are wide, require a free consult to determine pricing for treatment

To respect client ability to access care and to maintain business operations, please read the following:

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.  No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $25 fee, and all future appointments will be put on hold until the fee is paid

If arriving more than 15 minutes late, call Synergy and see if time still permits for an appointment.  If the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, a $25 fee will be applied.
